Mr. ALEXANDER KESLER
Founder & President

Mr. Kesler’s entrepreneurial vision provided the cornerstone that launched ZTRACE TECHNOLOGIES in late1999. Previously, Mr. Kesler founded and served as the CEO of Creative Metaforms, an incubator that developed multiple Internet, software, and communication technologies projects. Mr. Kesler also served as the CEO of Key Technology a communication reseller that was acquired in a channel consolidation. Mr. Kesler sits on the boards of VisualPort, HLS Corporation, and MagicBloom. Mr. Kesler is a cum laude graduate of Babson College with a major in Entrepreneurship.

Mr. GARY BLOOM
Vice President, Sales

Mr. Bloom has managed the ZTRACE sales team since early 2002. With fourteen years of software sales, professional services, development, and customer service experience, he provides a blend of sales and engineering perspectives that helps propel and motivate company growth. Mr. Bloom has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Mr. ALEXEY MELNIKOV, Ph.D
Vice President, Software Development

Mr. Melnikov has managed the ZTRACE software development team since late 1999 and supervised all aspects of product development lifecycle. From 1994-1999, Dr. Melnikov was involved in e-commerce business development projects for various companies and has successfully implemented numerous software solutions for them. His close ties with universities have enabled optimal talent acquisition for ZTRACE'S Research & Development Center. Mr. Melnikov is a graduate of Moscow State University.
